Tabletop-sized infrared vacuum furnaces enabling high-temperature annealing in vacuum or gas atmospheres now available.
The IVF Series models provide infrared heating, making it easy to achieve rapid temperature rise and clean heating. Atmospheres ranging from high vacuums to gas flows are supported, as demanded by the study conditions.
These models are highly expandable and have a wide range of options to support various types of research.
The infrared generator, vacuum chamber, programmed temperature controller, and safety equipment are contained in a single mount, resulting in a tabletop-sized infrared vacuum furnace.
The lineup includes models with a quartz tube and flanges instead of the vacuum chamber.
Enable max. heating rate of 150°C/second. Can attain a temperature of 1,500°C in about one minute.
Clean heating free from effects of gas emissions or electromagnetic induction from the heat source.

Two-surface irradiation quartz tube models CV models Emit infrared from above and below. Used for heating solids and powders.
Convergent irradiation models W models Have a wide-opening hatch for easy sample placement and removal. The chamber has several ports, supporting various types of research.
Surface irradiation models P models /PD models For heating 2 inch samples.

These models use infrared to irradiate and heat the sample from above.
The sample is placed in a furnace tube made of transparent quartz. The heat source is an infrared lamp located outside the furnace tube, enabling clean sample heating with no possibility of contamination from the heat source.
The vacuum flange unit’s NW40 flange and 1/4 pipe joint can be used to heat samples while supplying a gas flow after vacuum replacement.
An IVF-RF model can be upgraded to a CV system by adding a unit.
 
The IVF-CV models use infrared to irradiate and heat the sample from above and below.
The sample is placed in a furnace tube made of transparent quartz glass.
These models enable higher-temperature heating than the IVF-RV models. The heat source is an infrared lamp located outside the furnace tube, enabling clean sample heating with no possibility of contamination from the heat source.
Ideal for heating solid and powdered samples.
 
These models have a highly expandable 8-port vacuum chamber.
The top panel opens wide to enable easy sample placement and in-chamber work.
 
These models use a composite reflecting mirror to irradiate and heat the sample from above (IVF-P models) or above and below (IVF-PD models).
They enable nearly uniform heating of 2 inch samples.
